No human is born defenseless – with every step we take, and every choice we make, we have the support of our own light and fire propelling us forth. When we need it, all we need to do is reach out, grab it, and let it lead the way. This latest sculpture reflects the intrinsic human capacity to light our own paths and find strength in the face of adversity, sourcing our own weapons and tools to fulfil our innate hunger for survival. Even without the clothes on our back or the shoes on our feet, our light shines on, ready to pounce.
